Bear Archery in Alaska

While working for Escalade Sports and Bear Archery, the team was sent to locations across the country for asset-building trips. One of the largest was a trip to Alaska to create content for 15 new products.

The location wasn't arbitrary — it was chosen for both its historical significance and its visual variety. Bear Archery founder Fred Bear had tested new products in the same area decades earlier, giving the trip a connection to the brand's roots as well as a striking backdrop. The team flew into Fairbanks and traveled to the Denali National Highway and the edge of Denali National Park.

I led the team on the ground, which meant scouting locations, tracking our full product inventory, managing both local and industry professional talent, coordinating with area guides, and contributing to photography.

The content we produced was used throughout the life of the product line, in both national and local advertising. Material created from the trip went on to win awards from the American Advertising Federation.
